Grana Padano is a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) cheese that, in accordance with the production specifications, must be produced with raw cow milk that is a product of no more than two milkings per day and can only be produced by cheese factories authorized by CSQA (the only authority for the certification of Grana Padano cheese).

       Bianco d'Italia cheese

In 2014, we began producing our flagship product, our "Bianco d'Italia" hard cheese. The cheese factory obtained the "Marchio Unico Nazionale" certification, which certifies the adherence to Italian characteristics and traditions.

Our main business is the commercialization of our partner's milk. We reach noteworthy quantities, approximately 150 million kilograms per year! ...that is to say, over 500,000 kilograms of milk per day!
