We are proud to share an important step in our dairy’s growth journey: the opening of the new aging warehouse at our Cortemaggiore facility. This significant investment will allow us to better support the growth of our production and continue to guarantee the high quality standards that have always distinguished our cheeses.

This new, modern, and fully automated facility was designed to house up to 50,000 wheels of Grana Padano PDO and Bianco d’Italia, the cheese that in recent years has been winning over an ever-growing number of consumers both in Italy and abroad.

Behind this achievement lies a journey built day by day, thanks to the commitment of the entire team, the support of our members, and the collaboration of partners and institutions that have believed in our project. This steady growth allows us today to look to the future with enthusiasm and new ambitions.

Particular satisfaction comes from the success of Bianco d’Italia, a cheese produced exclusively with Italian milk supplied by our farmers, appreciated for its delicate flavor, consistent quality, and ability to meet the needs of increasingly international markets.

The expansion of our warehouse is not an end in itself, but a new beginning. It is a concrete step toward new goals, driven by our commitment to continue promoting the local area, the work of our members, and the excellence of Piacenza’s dairy tradition.
