Our Products

Bianco d'Italia

In 2014 we began producing our "flagship", the Bianco d'Italia hard cheese. The production dairy has obtained the "National Single Brand" certification, certification of Italian conformity and typicality.

Ice Cream

In 2008 our "sweet" adventure began with the marketing of the "il gelato di Piacenza" brand ice cream produced with our members' milk.

Grana Padano

Grana Padano is a DOP cheese which, as required by the Product Specifications, must be produced with raw cow's milk, coming from no more than two daily milkings and produced only in dairies authorized by the CSQA (single body for the certification of Grana Padano cheese).

Milk

The marketing of our members' milk is our main activity. We reach considerable volumes, around 150 million kilograms per year! ...that is over 5,000 quintals of milk per day!

Every day, we manage and market their milk, mainly used in the production of high quality cheeses such as Grana Padano, Parmigiano Reggiano, Provolone, Gorgonzola, drinking milk and fresh cheeses.
