Agri Piacenza Latte: Dairy Excellence since 1999
We are proud to present Agri Piacenza Latte, a consortium with twenty years of experience in the dairy sector. Here's what makes us unique:
- Our strength: Around 150 milk producers, together with over 25,000 cows, collaborate with us in the regions of Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige, Piedmont and Friuli Venezia Giulia.
- Management and Commerce: Every day we handle and market around 700 tonnes of milk from our producers.
- Quality and Variety: Our milk is the basis for renowned cheeses such as Grana Padano, Bianco d'Italia, Parmigiano Reggiano, Provolone, Gorgonzola, as well as drinking milk and fresh cheeses.
- Health check: We have developed a self-regulating healthcare system in accordance with the HACCP method and the "Hygiene Package" regulation. We constantly monitor the hygienic and qualitative characteristics of the milk, from collection to arrival in the processing plants.
We are part of 2% of Italian milk production, with a turnover of around 80 million euros. Our dedication extends from the cows' diet to the finished product.
