Description

Procedure
Step 1
Take the slices of Bianco d’Italia and top them with sun-dried tomatoes, a basil leaf, a Taggiasca olive, capers, and an anchovy.
Step 2
Cut the sandwich bread in half, lightly moisten it with water, place it on both sides of the Bianco d’Italia, and coat it first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Sauté the mixture in a skillet with three tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil.
Step 4
Add a few drops of balsamic vinegar and serve immediately while still hot.
Notes
Fry in hot oil until evenly browned and crispy. Serve immediately to keep the cheese melted and stringy inside.
